From the idea to problem solving to finished prototypes and the documents for series production, you can benefit from our experience.
Wherever analog signals and a wide range of information need to be conditioned, adapted and processed, we develop for you and with you a product that meets your requirements and meets the necessary standards and norms.
In many cases, microcontrollers from different manufacturers from 8 to 32 bits with analog signal processing and different digital interfaces (CAN, RS232, USB, etc. ) are used. The corresponding software for the controller and any necessary parameterization, test or test programs for PC or notebook are created by us and are also part of the finished product.
Starting with the specifications, the circuit design, the development of associated software, the layout creation, the accompanying documentation, the test under different climatic conditions and the final EMC tests, you can draw on many years of experience.
Our developments are used in energy measurement technology, industrial length measurement with accuracy and resolutions up to the sub-micrometer range, in medical and sanitary environments, as well as in general industrial control technology.
Manufacture of electronics

Circuit boards equipped with SMD components are soldered in a vapor phase soldering system, wired components with a wave soldering system. Manual loading is also generally possible. The complete production naturally takes place in an ESD protection zone.
Assembly
To round off this range of services, we offer you the manufacture and assembly of electronic assemblies and complete device units. This also includes partial services within an overall process or optimal complete production up to the so-called “extended workbench. ” Many renowned customers are already using this option.

Electronics casting
If electronics are to be protected from environmental influences or from the eyes of the curious, various casting materials are available, tailored to individual needs.
Procurement
We procure the components you need for your projects from our global distributors and dealers. This does not preclude a material contribution on your part!
